We are a family owned business with over 7 years experience in the food service industry in New York City, working in both fried chicken and Mediterranean restaurants. Our family moved to Lehigh Valley, PA in April 2022 and quickly realized it was a struggle to find authentic halal restaurants with great quality food. With our previous industry experience, we knew we could open a successful halal restaurant right here in Lehigh Valley.

Our family began the work to bring Crispy Halal to life. After months of renovations, we finally opened our first branch in Allentown, PA. We are proud to offer delicious, authentic halal food and an expansive menu, including fried chicken, tenders, gyros, sandwiches, party wings, steaks, salad, and more, to the residents of Lehigh Valley and beyond.
